The Refugee Health Event has been rescheduled! This event was originally scheduled for Monday, November 26th but had to be postponed due to the delayed arrival of needed health kit materials. The new date for this important event is December 5th, from 6:30 to 9:30PM in McCormick Lounge, Coffey Hall. Supported by Loyola Refugee Outreach (LRO) and the American Red Cross, the Graduate Student Advocacy Council (GSAC) is proud to support the *Refugee Health Event.* Over 300 medical health kits will be assembled for Refugees in the Chicago area, preceded by a short presentation by LRO members regarding who Refugees are and the kinds of health concerns they face.
Loyola Refugee Outreach is a student-run organization at Loyola University dedicated to helping and supporting Refugees. Join us on November 26th to help assemble over 300 medical kits. A short presentation will be given about who Refugees are and the health concerns of which they are afflicted.
